Hello,
If you want to have a first idea of what is possible with a CANON
EOS-20DA (the astrophotography version of the CANON EOS-20D), you can
have a look to the images I put in the Astronomical Images Database ASTRID: http://astrid.astrolab.be/jsp/zoek.jsp?arg=EOS-20DA .
Click on the T-symbol you find below or left of the photograph in
order to find all the technical details of the picture. The website
(labels) is (are) in Dutch, but I'am sure you'll understand the
technical info published.
Do not forget to scroll to the next result page (small yellow
triangle next to the drop down bow "Resultaat 1 tot 9").
I worked with an Astro-Physics AP 900 GTO mount, an Astro-Physics 155
EDFS and CANON lenses.
We organised an astro-camp in the French Alps in Southern France (Le
Seignus Haut, Allos).
I hope you enjoy the pictures. Apparently, the new CANON EOS-20DA
does not a bad job on H-alpha objects.
;-)
Philippe
